i went in for my regular oil change. the woman at the service desk (who was AWESOME)... i think her name was Patricia, and i also think she was new because i didnt recognize her ... she let me know i als service desk (who was AWESOME)... i think her name was Patricia, and i also think she was new because i didnt recognize her ... she let me know i also needed a scheduled check-up. she was the nicest employee i ever had at this desk! the waiting area is nice and provides a tv, coffee, and water. i do think it would be nice for Bald Hill to offer a complimentary wash (especially when you're paying over $100 for service). the last dealership i went to with my previous vehicle would do that. it was a nice touch. all in all it was a great experience ... especially since it began and ended with that awesome service advisor! Dealer: if she IS new, she's definitely a keeper! More
