Joe was outstanding in helping me choose the perfect car for me, the 2010 Dodge Avenger. Contradicting the rumors of pushy salesmen he was very friendly and did not push me into anything only helped me to u for me, the 2010 Dodge Avenger. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Joe at Dodge on Bald Hill. He made sure all of my desires were met and remained in my budget, even helped me to budget the car to my expense. He deff made a difference in my opinion of salesmen just looking to make a sales quote. He treated me like a person rather then a customer to make money from. He explained all the different warranties and such to protect me and was honest with me in his opinion of what would be best and the things like Gap that I could get but didnt necessarily need with my personal case when financing but left all the decisions to me. He did not glorify or try to pursuade me into anything and that was a huge PLUS! I did not feel pressured in anyway which is good in making such a huge decision as to finance a vehicle. He was great and I am in love with my new car and would recommend this dealership and Joe to anyone. More

I always enjoy this dealership. All the employees are very friendly and very efficient, the waiting area is very comfortable and accommodating , and the showroom is always immaculate. I came in for just an oil change, the woman (NOT Pat Martins) in the window took forever to acknowledge me, and when she finally did it seemed like I was bothering her. She barely looked at me the whole time and it seemed like she was having a real bad day. Luckily my transaction ended with Pat Martins who is always so nice and friendly (she would certainly be rated with a 5). Pat is a great member of Bald Hill's team! As for the other woman (I'm not mentioning her name), we all have bad days ... I do get that, but she needs to not "show" that to the customers in front of her. More

I walked into the dealership last week with the mindset I wouldn't be able to afford the new vehicle I wanted.
