This was my first time in 13 years looking for a car. Also, the first time looking to lease. I had found a compass I loved at another dealer in Newport made arrangements for a test drive only to find out Also, the first time looking to lease. I had found a compass I loved at another dealer in Newport made arrangements for a test drive only to find out that day it was sold and whoever I was speaking to on the phone clearly wasn't interest in helping me or my business. Turned off by this situation and with no knowledge of cars or leasing my husband and I set off to bald hill to start the process I had been dreading (dealing with a car salesman). When we got there Bill came over asked a few questions I told him our situation and instantly my husband and I both looked at each other and smiled. We both couldn't believe how approachable, knowledgable, helpful and most importantly we did get that feeling you get around a salesman. Bill found us exactly what we wanted and then some. He kept in touch through out the entire process, got us exactly what we wanted while staying within our budget and I couldn't be happier with my Jeep. I'd recommend him to any and everyone! More

Being that this dealership is approx 30 miles from my home not that its that far but hey its RI.My wife and i checked out some of the dealers closer to our home in RI and CT we went to 4 lots in 2 days a home not that its that far but hey its RI.My wife and i checked out some of the dealers closer to our home in RI and CT we went to 4 lots in 2 days and became very frustrated with no one coming outside to greet us i wont name the dealers they know who they are. So the following week after taking the kids to a movie my wife and i decide to hit Bald Hill Dodge and take a look.Within 5 min someone there to greet me,not some steamroller heading my way saying to himself sell! sell! sell! so easy going i forgot to introduce myself.i have owned meany jeeps in the past 3 wranglers 1 Grand Cher so we knew what we wanted and we went right into pricing and finance calmly and proffesional none of that if we do this will you take it today, They came back with a realistic # right away no bs we worked it a bit more and made a deal. I have left other places ready to have a stroke after dealing with some of there places.My rating well done all around thanks again Dave More

I went in to Bald hill on a whim to see if a new car was a possibility for me. I went in and spoke to Lou. He not only got me into a car that was better than I could have hoped for, but he was also very fri a possibility for me. I went in and spoke to Lou. Both Frank and Mike were very helpful providing details of the history of the car as well as finding a loan that I felt comfortable with. Even after the sale Frank would make calls to update me on the out of state registration of the car. The dealership even had someone deliver the plates to me so I did not have to make the long drive out there from my home. Buying a car from this dealership was totally stress free. More
