Being that this dealership is approx 30 miles from my home not that its that far but hey its RI.My wife and i checked out some of the dealers closer to our home in RI and CT we went to 4 lots in 2 days a home not that its that far but hey its RI.My wife and i checked out some of the dealers closer to our home in RI and CT we went to 4 lots in 2 days and became very frustrated with no one coming outside to greet us i wont name the dealers they know who they are. So the following week after taking the kids to a movie my wife and i decide to hit Bald Hill Dodge and take a look.Within 5 min someone there to greet me,not some steamroller heading my way saying to himself sell! sell! sell! so easy going i forgot to introduce myself.i have owned meany jeeps in the past 3 wranglers 1 Grand Cher so we knew what we wanted and we went right into pricing and finance calmly and proffesional none of that if we do this will you take it today, They came back with a realistic # right away no bs we worked it a bit more and made a deal. I have left other places ready to have a stroke after dealing with some of there places.My rating well done all around thanks again Dave More

I went in to Bald hill on a whim to see if a new car was a possibility for me. I went in and spoke to Lou. He not only got me into a car that was better than I could have hoped for, but he was also very fri a possibility for me. I went in and spoke to Lou. He not only got me into a car that was better than I could have hoped for, but he was also very friendly and understanding. I will be returning to Lou for any future future car purchases but I will highly recommend him and Bald Hill dodge to all my friends! More

I have been to several Dodge Dealerships in Rhode Island in search of my first car before coming to this one, and I am glad that I went to Bald Hill Dodge. The team here is amazing. Couldn't have made the t in search of my first car before coming to this one, and I am glad that I went to Bald Hill Dodge. The team here is amazing. Couldn't have made the transactions any easier. Frank listened to what I wanted (a Dodge Dart) and followed through without any sales pitch. He answered all my questions, gave me a good final price, gave me time to think, returned phone calls promptly and walked me through the paperwork as quickly as possible. He never pushed me into buying the car. I would definitely recommend him, the best by far. Thanks. More

My son found the car we were interested in purchasing on the internet so I made a call to this dealership. They were very informative on the phone so we decided to make a fairly long drive out there to see the internet so I made a call to this dealership. They were very informative on the phone so we decided to make a fairly long drive out there to see the car. Both Frank and Mike were very helpful providing details of the history of the car as well as finding a loan that I felt comfortable with. Even after the sale Frank would make calls to update me on the out of state registration of the car. The dealership even had someone deliver the plates to me so I did not have to make the long drive out there from my home. Buying a car from this dealership was totally stress free. More

The Bald Hill dealership is great. I had a Jeep Liberty beforehand which I took to their service department a few times. Always great and always friendly. Then my Jeep Liberty was totaled by a tree in a b beforehand which I took to their service department a few times. Always great and always friendly. Then my Jeep Liberty was totaled by a tree in a blizzard, so I naturally went to Bald Hill to look for my next Jeep. I visited 3 other dealerships in RI looking for my Jeep and Bald Hill was by far the most responsive, most friendly and most courteous staff I dealt with throughout the process. They also were fair and straight forward about things which I appreciate. To give a fair review, they were a little slow with the paperwork, but I did buy over President's Day weekend, so it was understandably busy. I never felt like they were being pushy, which can be annoying with car dealers, and they were listening to what I had to say and answered all my questions. It was my first new car purchase experience, and if they are all this easy in the future, I'll be happy. Thanks Bald Hill for a great first experience! More

Joe was outstanding in helping me choose the perfect car for me, the 2010 Dodge Avenger. Contradicting the rumors of pushy salesmen he was very friendly and did not push me into anything only helped me to u for me, the 2010 Dodge Avenger. He still keeps in touch with me making sure I am a satisfied customer, which I am. I have refferred this dealership and Joe Simoes specifically to all my friends and family if they ever look into financing a vehicle. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Joe at Dodge on Bald Hill. He made sure all of my desires were met and remained in my budget, even helped me to budget the car to my expense. He deff made a difference in my opinion of salesmen just looking to make a sales quote. He treated me like a person rather then a customer to make money from. He explained all the different warranties and such to protect me and was honest with me in his opinion of what would be best and the things like Gap that I could get but didnt necessarily need with my personal case when financing but left all the decisions to me. He did not glorify or try to pursuade me into anything and that was a huge PLUS! I did not feel pressured in anyway which is good in making such a huge decision as to finance a vehicle. He was great and I am in love with my new car and would recommend this dealership and Joe to anyone. More

I always enjoy this dealership. All the employees are very friendly and very efficient, the waiting area is very comfortable and accommodating , and the showroom is always immaculate. However this last very friendly and very efficient, the waiting area is very comfortable and accommodating , and the showroom is always immaculate. However this last visit wasn't so great. I came in for just an oil change, the woman (NOT Pat Martins) in the window took forever to acknowledge me, and when she finally did it seemed like I was bothering her. She barely looked at me the whole time and it seemed like she was having a real bad day. Luckily my transaction ended with Pat Martins who is always so nice and friendly (she would certainly be rated with a 5). Pat is a great member of Bald Hill's team! As for the other woman (I'm not mentioning her name), we all have bad days ... I do get that, but she needs to not "show" that to the customers in front of her. More
