After much research, my husband and I contacted Bald Hill regarding the purchase of a 2013 Jeep Rubicon. The initial response from David, the Internet Sales Manager, was typical. He asked a few questions to regarding the purchase of a 2013 Jeep Rubicon. The initial response from David, the Internet Sales Manager, was typical. He asked a few questions to get a better idea of what we were looking for and my husband responded appropriately and in much detail. We were then told that no vehicles that matched our criteria could be found, but that he would be happy to order a 2014 and have it delivered in approx. 6 weeks. Since we are in the market now, that was not an option. My husband thanked him for his time and that was that. A little while later, David responded saying that he had located a vehicle near Philadelphia, he sent us the window sticker for review. My husband asked if there was any possibility that he could obtain pictures, to which Mr. Vallante replied "What makes you think they are willing to take pictures for me?". My husband responded that he felt like they may be willing to do so if asked nicely. This is when the situation took a downhill turn. My husband who is an active duty Navy chief was told that he knows nothing about the car business and that he should stick to being a seaman. I have forwarded the entire email conversation to the General Manager of the dealership and will continue to spread the word about the horrible customer service at this dealership. More
Frank Vescera Jr. was pleasant to work with. He was very personable. It was like talking with an old friend. I did not feel like I was getting the "hard sale." Everyone at the dealership was friendly, regardless if they were working with me or not. I really enjoyed the entire experience at Bald Hill Dodge and I am really enjoying my new 2013 RAM 1500. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you!!! More

Everyone at this dealership is very friendly ... employees just walking by will say Hi to you. When you're buying a new vehicle (which can be very stressful) you want to be in an environment that makes you feel relaxed. Bald Hill has this environment. Whether you're looking for a new Jeep, Dodge, or Chrysler - Bald Hill is the dealership for you. If you're looking for another vehicle ... I suggest you reconsider and take a look at the new Chrysler products. This is my second vehicle from Bald Hill ... and I suspect it wont be my last. More
We dropped the car off on Thursday morning at 8am for oil change, also to have the check engine light with traction control light and pulsating when braking fixed. I lost 2 hours of work because I assumed t change, also to have the check engine light with traction control light and pulsating when braking fixed. I lost 2 hours of work because I assumed the vehicle would be done by 2 or 3 o'clock. At three I called and they told me it was going to be done by 4:30pm on Thursday. When I got there it was not ready they covered the rental for the warranty work. I was told I needed rear brakes and rotors and I needed a pcv valve. The valve was going to coast 55 dollars and the brakes and rotors was going to be 345 dollars, which was fine. When I called on Friday after waiting 10 min on hold I was told the car would be ready by 5. We went over the pricing again because I wanted to pay over the phone so my wife would be all set just to pick the van up when she got home from work. The van is still pulsating and after looking at the paper work I noticed the pcv valve was never replaced, so need less to say I was upset that you had the car for 2 days and the work did not get completed. The first problem is that the car was not taken for a adequate test drive to make sure the pulsating was gone, the pcv valve after talking to Stacy wasn't put in because it was 20 dollars more then what we discussed. However I don't think this was the case, I would think that she would have called and asked if it was okay. Not to mention that when my wife picked up the van Stacy told the other gentlemen that we were only paying for the brakes and rotors and pcv valve which tells me that the valve was forgotten. I was in there today talking to Stacy about this matter and I was getting no where. I understand if the front rotors is causing the problem I need to pay for that but I don't believe I should be inconvenienced again to have to come back and wait for the work to be corrected. All I wanted was the company to cover a rental car, check out the pulsating and determine if it was worth replacing the front rotors and breaks at this time, and put in the pcv valve I don't think that would be to much to ask considering you had the car for 2 days and didn't fix everything it was in there for. In fact nothing was done with the car the first day. Customer service doesn't depend on the number of mistakes you make, but what you do to fix these mistakes. More

This was my first time in 13 years looking for a car. Also, the first time looking to lease. I had found a compass I loved at another dealer in Newport made arrangements for a test drive only to find out Also, the first time looking to lease. I had found a compass I loved at another dealer in Newport made arrangements for a test drive only to find out that day it was sold and whoever I was speaking to on the phone clearly wasn't interest in helping me or my business. Turned off by this situation and with no knowledge of cars or leasing my husband and I set off to bald hill to start the process I had been dreading (dealing with a car salesman). When we got there Bill came over asked a few questions I told him our situation and instantly my husband and I both looked at each other and smiled. We both couldn't believe how approachable, knowledgable, helpful and most importantly we did get that feeling you get around a salesman. Bill found us exactly what we wanted and then some. He kept in touch through out the entire process, got us exactly what we wanted while staying within our budget and I couldn't be happier with my Jeep. I'd recommend him to any and everyone! More
