Every detail from start to finish was positive. Charlie was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. No pressure. The whole deal was up-front from the beginning, no haggling etc. The closing was seamless and took only 15 minutes. The extended warranty programs were clearly presented with multiple options and without pressure to purchase. It has been the best car buying experience I have ever had, and at 56 years old, I have had many. I would highly recommend Charlie and the Bald Hill dealership to anyone shopping for a jeep! More

I really was not a fan of either of my choices because of color or other reasons, so I had asked what Frank had on the lot for brand new, so we went to check out what he had on the lot. Frank was very thorough it explaining all the options of the vehicles as we took a test drive. I told Frank right out i really did not intend on purchasing brand new so i would have to think about it over night and he was very understanding of that fact and he told me to think about it, not once during my experience did i even hear the typical line like "what is it going to take to get you to buy this right now" etc. I stopped into Bald Hill the next day and saw Frank about the Chrysler 300 and we sat down and hammered out what i feel is a very good price for a brand new car, Frank was very professional, personable and not at all a pushy salesperson, I would very highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a vehicle with a no pressure approach from a salesman More

We were greeted by Frank Vescera Jr who was not only informative and well versed in the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I was looking at, but presented the information and options in a very low pressure style. I left the dealership that night and compared several offers presented be different dealerships. The following morning I called Frank back and he worked with his Sales Manager Mike Vigeant who agreed to a very aggressive offer on a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited. Due to both Frank and Mike's level of patience, professionalism, and ability to exceed expectations, my wife and I were able to get the Jeep we wanted without having to sacrifice options. I left knowing that I not only received a great deal, but would feel comfortable returning to this dealership with any questions or concerns as I learn more about my new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealer and both Frank and Mike to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
I traded in my Dodge when it failed inspection due to a severely rotted frame. The truck was in mint condition, 10 years old, with only 60,000 miles on it. It had ONLY and always been serviced by Bald Hill severely rotted frame. The truck was in mint condition, 10 years old, with only 60,000 miles on it. It had ONLY and always been serviced by Bald Hill. About six months before I discovered the rotted frame, they replaced one front wheel hub assembly and the front brakes, changed the oil and rotated the tires, so they had been under that truck. When I figured out that the other hub assembly was bad, I mentioned it to a neighbor and he told me his son is a certified mechanic who does a little side work. His labor cost is 25% of the dealer, so the truck went to him. He got the truck up on the lift and I saw, much to my shock, the badly rotted frame. I took the truck back to Bald Hill to trade it in. They gave me Blue Book trade in value- which ANY dealer would have done. Mike was wonderful and really went above and beyond so I ended up buying a used Ford pickup I can't fault him at all, but I am not at all happy with Bald Hill and here's why. Aside from my awful service dept experience, I recently went through the used truck's owner's manual looking for a solution to a problem. In the manual is the original owner's purchase paperwork, which includes his SSN, address, name and financing information as well as the cost and amount financed. I paid the SAME AMOUNT for a 6 year old pickup as the original owner!!! For what I paid, I could have purchase this same truck NEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate this used truck. I've had trouble with it from day one. The U joint is bad. I have a gas leak that I can't find. the ventilation system sucks. The gas mileage is awful. It has an intermittent front end vibration that is not due to unbalanced tires. And to top it off, this heap is worth a lot less than I owe on it. Now what, Bald Hill? Do you value my business or not? If you do, how are you going to make this right? More

I was trading my vehicle in and also felt the dealership did not try to go low on the trade in value of my vehicle, which was a nice surprise from a dealership for once. I was able to take my old vehicle out to lunch while they were preparing paperwork and cleaning up the new vehicle, which was also nice. It was an overall great experience and I will absolutely recommend them and Lou Ruggieri to other people. More
