I had to wait a little while when I walked into the dealership, but it was a Saturday morning and it looked like their full staff wasn't there yet. Anyways, upon being helped, I was quickly out test d dealership, but it was a Saturday morning and it looked like their full staff wasn't there yet. Anyways, upon being helped, I was quickly out test driving my new car. I had done research on it, and had tested other models before that one. Joe was great; very friendly, knowledgeable about the line of car, and the larger landscape of the fiat/chrysler partnership and how it has influenced the new line of cars. The financial stuff was pretty easy, i got the car at a fair price - and they were very up front about the various offers and incentives for buying at that time. It took a while, to no fault of their own, and in about 4 hours from my initial walk-in, I was driving away with my new car. Watching the other associates, I never got the impression that they were being sleazy or sneaky, and that the staff was mostly concerned with getting the person in the car they wanted to purchase. That was awesome. Overall - very positive experience, and as long as Dodge makes cars that I like, I will probably stick to this dealership. More

This place has great service! I recently bought a used vehicle from this dealership. I am very happy with the car but after a few days driving it, I noticed it had an issue with the front brakes. I brou vehicle from this dealership. I am very happy with the car but after a few days driving it, I noticed it had an issue with the front brakes. I brought it in, and they replaced the front rotors right away. Stacy Goodman was a big help with getting me a loaner car for the day. About a week later the noise was still there and I brought it back. Greg Palazzo drove the vehicle, with me in the passenger side, and he diagnosed the problem. I got a loaner car in about 10 minutes, and the vehicle went into the shop that day. It was a bigger issue this time, but they fixed it and I was back behind the wheel the next day. Everything was still under warranty and did not cost me a dime. The brakes are great and I am totally satisfied with their work. I've heard many horror stories about car dealerships, and have a few from my own experience, but these people have it right. They deserve respect and they have earned it. I recommend them highly. I came in with a very specific budget and Joe was very honest and forthcoming with the vehicles I could purchase. After a test drive, I left to investigate another dealer (Metro Chrysler) and quickly found out the differences in dealerships. Metro was showing me vehicles that were double my budget price. Whenever Metro showed me a vehicle, I asked if this was in my budget, and the responce I got was that I neede to be flexable. Isoon called Joe back to say I was on my way back. The car I had test drove was ready and filled up within an hour. Steve made the paperwork very easy and I was driving my new car within 30 miutes. Kudos to the team at Bald Hill for working within my budget and making me a very satisfied customer. More
