every part of my experience was great It was a total surprise to me that I would be getting a new car. My day started off with the thought that I was bringing my boss to pick up his truck It was a total surprise to me that I would be getting a new car. My day started off with the thought that I was bringing my boss to pick up his truck that had need some work I was directed to park right out front and then asked to come in as we were running across the parking lot my boss said" jump in" and climbed into the passenger seat at the same time a sales representative said "heads up" and threw a key at me when I got into the car I was shocked I knew what was happening but it didn't register for a while my boss thanked me for what I do for him and i didn't know what to say. Usually I am never at a loss for words.. It was by far the nicest thing anyone had ever done for me... From there Bobby Mudge made it an awsome experience even when there was an issue on thanksgiving he answered his phone made everything right. His commitment to us was second to none... I would tell anyone looking for a car start at Bald Hill Dodge you won't want to go anywhere else!!!! More

yet another GREAT experience at Bald Hill i went there for ExpressLane oil change service. Anna is always VERY friendly and thorough. its definitely a pleasure working with her .. and nice t i went there for ExpressLane oil change service. Anna is always VERY friendly and thorough. its definitely a pleasure working with her .. and nice to be helped by someone with a great personality! as usual ExpressLane was very quick and reasonably priced. ill always go to Bald Hill for sales and service - great product - great service - great people. i highly recommend. note to admin: you need to add Anna to your employee list - she's definitely an asset to Bald Hill More

Great place, Best salesman in RI, Ask for Bobby Mudge! I had the best dealership experience since moving to RI I would like to honestly say that the experience with bald hill dodge of warwick was the outstandingly great overall customer service i have experienc I would like to honestly say that the experience with bald hill dodge of warwick was the outstandingly great overall customer service i have experienced since moving from another state to Rhode Island since 2009 .First, The salesman introduced himself with a professional quality verbaly and physically.Meaning he never talked a good game on what he couldnt deliver and when he saw me he didnt look at me as if i was just some guy coming in to play games are waste the dealership time. with that being said after i called and set up my appointment date i knew what i wanted to the vehicle for a test drive and now my car is sitting in my driveway. this dealership also offers nice extended warranties I know i will be back in the near future to purchase another car.Bald hill dodge vehicles are nice on the road and mpg packages for.some vehicles is what makes this dealership nice. most dealership in the area do not have a awesome inventory like BaldHill dodge. More
