Bad Experence Went to price out a Dodge Ram 1500 that I wanted. Found the exact truck I speced out on the lot the issue was the price. Worst purchase experience ever! My son and I went to Bald Hill Jeep because they had the vehicle he wanted in stock and were offering incentives. I knew it was going to be a bad expe My son and I went to Bald Hill Jeep because they had the vehicle he wanted in stock and were offering incentives. I knew it was going to be a bad experience from the start. For our salesman was eating popcorn while sitting at his desk and discussing the sale with us. Then all of a sudden the incentives which they advertised on the TV were not going to apply, he kind of insinuated that I saw them wrong ( I saw the TV ad again a few days after and showed my son I was not loosing my mine). Not to mentioned that we went in with their online pricing and were told that it was not the correct price, he kind of stated that it is just to get you in. I advised my son during the sale for us to leave, but he wanted the vehicle they had and figured we would get through the pain as fast as we could. I have been waiting for a survey to express our dissatisfaction with Bald Hill Jeep, but have never received any. I purchased another Grand Cherokee in November (for me), which I traveled to a dealer 60 miles away and was treating very well. This should tell you how dissatisfied I am with Bald Hill Jeep. I will never go back Bald Hill Jeep. More
