Our Favorite Car Salesman is Luigi Ruggieri Years ago my husband & I purchased 2 used cars from Bald Hill Dodge. Because of the GREAT EXPERIENCE WE HAD & BECAUSE WE LOVE OUR SALESMAN, LUIGI we r Years ago my husband & I purchased 2 used cars from Bald Hill Dodge. Because of the GREAT EXPERIENCE WE HAD & BECAUSE WE LOVE OUR SALESMAN, LUIGI we recently traded our old cars in for new ones @ BALD HILL DODGE. Once again it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. Their Receptionist Roz is so friendly & she always makes me fresh popcorn. My suggestion GO TO BALD HILL DODGE , ASK FOR LUIGI RUGGIERI, YOU WILL LEAVE THERE VERY HAPPY. :) M & M COT More

Worst experience yet!!! I purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn Brand new with 0 miles on 3/30/13. On Tuesday 5/19/15 my truck shut down and would not turn or start so I h I purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn Brand new with 0 miles on 3/30/13. On Tuesday 5/19/15 my truck shut down and would not turn or start so I had it towed to where I purchased the vehicle Bald Hill Dodge in Warwick. I called for the appointment and was advised it would be worked on the following day. However it was not and I was advised by the service department supervisor who was very unprofessional and stated they did not have the man power to fix my truck let alone even look at it and there was nothing he could do till June 1st! Did I forget to meantion it's under warranty and the rental would cost $70.00 a day for a mini vanwas a mini van, Huge scam! Sounds like to boost rental department. Long story short I went back the next day after looking at ram forums to find my truck just sitting in the lot and no vehicles being worked on in the garages and reset the computer myself and it worked! I am extremely dissatisfied and will never go there again and neither will 17 friends and family whom I referred and bought leases! And are taking business elsewhere. More

When our old vehicle started to hit its' last legs, we were dreading having to find a new (to us) vehicle, mostly because of the always terrible exper When our old vehicle started to hit its' last legs, we were dreading having to find a new (to us) vehicle, mostly because of the always terrible experience we have had in the past. After several weeks of searching for something suitable for our family, and contacting multiple dealerships, we came across Bald Hill, which was a pleasant and satisfying experience from start to finish. We found a vehicle we were interested in, went to see it, and decided to go for it. There was never any pressure, every question we had was answered, we got a great price and interest rate, and Bobby was courteous, professional, and affable. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and driving home in our new (to us) vehicle, we felt like respected and valuable customers, something I can not say about all that many businesses today. Kudos to the best car dealer we have ever dealt with and many thanks to Bobby for the wonderful experience and great vehicle! We will definitely visit Bald Hill for any future vehicle purchases and highly recommend them to everyone! More

Excellent service! I found the jeep I was looking for online I originally saw it at the New York auto show , so we went up to see it in person to take it for a test driv I found the jeep I was looking for online I originally saw it at the New York auto show , so we went up to see it in person to take it for a test drive, the guy Bobby was super informative and really friendly, I wanted a super safe car for the baby girl on the way. It was amazing we weren't just people buying a car, he treated us like family! We put the car on hold, and he communicated with us every step of the way. Bobby was the greatest car salesmen we've had! I found a tiny scratch on the door and he said it was no problem he'd get it taken care of. We will def be buying from this dealership again! More
