Bald Hill made buying a new car fun. Yes, I said "fun." I am from the Swansea area and came to Bald Hill Dodge after finding a jeep on line that fit what I was looking for. My experience with Bald Hill started with an email to check on availability. I received a prompt and courteous response. From there, I scheduled an appointment. With genuine kindness, I was greeted by Bobby Mudge. My plan was to trade my 2014 2 door Wrangler for a new 4 door. I was fearful and apprehensive about loosing out on the deal and just the whole car buying experience. My fears were quickly put to rest by the sincere manor in which I was treated. Bobby was upfront and honest and after he reviewed prices with the sales manager I was given a more then fair offer from the start. I choose to make my purchase without pressure or worry. When it came to finance time, the finance manager was knowledgeable and straight forward and more importantly friendly and personable. I could go on and on about my truly pleasant, seamless and easy experience. I feel very fortunate to have had Bobby as my sales associate. His integrity and genuine kindness will not be forgotten. I went to bald hill looking at a particular Jeep Wrangler that I saw on the website and another customer bought it while I was there. It was the only wrangler I liked that was within my price range so I naturally became a little upset. My salesman Bobby saw that and did everything in his power to make a deal that day. Needless to say I ended up with a better jeep than what I was looking at ! Can't get much better than that. If I could deal with bobby and bobby only I would be happy. Straight forward salesman.
