I was hesitant to shop for a new car just based on past experiences but I took a chance on Bald Hill and I am glad I did. From the very first time I walked into the dealership I never felt pressured. I dealt with Lou Ruggeri who was fantastic. He knew the product inside and out, he was able to answer all of my questions, and helped me to think about options that I wouldn't have been able to on my own. He was very responsive over phone and email, and he really made the process easy to end up with the jeep that I purchased. I always felt that there was a good deal of transparency in the sales numbers, and throughtout the process what they said the numbers would be, is what it ended up being. I have read so many reviews where people thought they were paying one price, and when they show up to sign the papers there are all sorts of hidden fees. Everything at Bald Hill was very straight forward and it made me feel good about the purchase I was making, not worring about if I was paying for something I didn't want. I have three kids, so visiting a dealership isn't the easiest thing to do. Lou was always concious of my time, and made me feel comfortable having my children in tow. Lou Ruggeri ultimatlely renewed my faith in the face to face dealership experience. I would recommend Lou Ruggeri and Bald hill Jeep to anyone looking for a new car and a good experience. Amazing Customer Service As far as the sales team is concerned my experience was excellent. Now my purchase was somewhat unusual as I was purchasing a challenger in Rhode Isla As far as the sales team is concerned my experience was excellent. Now my purchase was somewhat unusual as I was purchasing a challenger in Rhode Island despite that I live in Staten Island NY (I really wanted one in plum crazy with a manual trans). Conducting business across these great distances raised quite a few hardships considering I was also doing a trade in but Patty was exceptionally accommodating. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership as they exuded a happy, friendly and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. More

Aweful place to go Went to look for a new car. Found one that we really wanted but they were not willing to offer any wiggle room with the price. They offered us almost Went to look for a new car. We left and went to an other dealer who gave us more than double Bald Hill Dodge trade in offer. The other dealership told us about $5,000 worth of rebates that Baldhill said nothing about and they wetrwetre able to give us the price we were looking for. I would not send anyone to this aweful dealership. After our experience we had friends say they had gone there in the past and the same things happened to them. Go anyplace besides Bald Hill Dodge!!!!! More
