service should be called No service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! battery terminal keeps corroding. service cleaned serveral times before they had to replace the whole engine harness because terminal end would no lon battery terminal keeps corroding. service cleaned serveral times before they had to replace the whole engine harness because terminal end would no longer tighten. Still did not address the cause of the issue. once again terminals became corroded and jeep did not start. this time they cleaned cable and replaced the battery. leaving the harness with the end all eaten away by the corrosion. Now here we are again no start and cable will not tighten. One more trip to try to get this resolved when it could have been taken care of by replacing the battery the first time I took it in. would not have had to replace the harness the first time. looks like they will replace the harness again. More

The salesman I worked with, Bobby, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles, and was straightforward while trying to work out the details of my trade in, purchase & financing. I buy a new vehicle or two every year; not my first rodeo. I came in prepared to deal with all of the typical games that dealerships play -- but was taken aback by the no-BS nature of this sale. Bobby was also able to make sure some of my odd requests were taken care of, and followed up after the sale to make sure I was perfectly happy. A++, will definitely be back for a 2017 Wrangler, and have recommended Bobby & Bald Hill to all my friends & family. More

LIARS!!! Do not bother wasting your time and gas. We went to look at jeeps due to the fact that we received multiple calls from THEM to trade my jeep in because they needed used inventory. I figured that even though im happy with my jeep, i wqould go check out what kind of deals they had on used jeeps newer than mine. I have owned jeeps for the last 17 years, my spouse owns one, her daughter owns one, 2 cherokees, 1 grand cherokee, 2 liberty's. Found a jeep i liked took it for a test drive etc.. Went back in and started to see what they wanted to offer me for my jeep, prices etc.... I told the rep exactly the price i wanted to pay per month on the purchase of the newer jeep, and if he cant meet it, then i will just leave. Well, NOW it gets interesting, the sales rep takes my jeep to "be evaluated for trade in value". I can see where he took the jeep, he sits in it, walks around it, another person comes out and looks at it etc. they dont open the hood, dont look under the jeep, the the sales rep gets back in the jeep and drives it back to where it was. He states that it will need brakes on all four wheels because they are grinding....( I AM A CERTIFIED ASE MECHANIC ) My brakes are not griding! Even if i wasnt a mechanic, i do believe i could tell if my brakes were grinding! Then i am told that the jeep is in "fair" blue book rated condition..... And the sales person starts to tell me that there are other things wrong with my jeep. And that my trade in value would be lower because of it. And that the price i wanted to pay per month would not be possible etc....... Blah, blah, blah..... I call BULL$&@T. !!!!!! As far as im concerned i will never go to this dealership for parts, service, or to buy a vehicle, and neither will anyone i know. They had an opportunity to make a sale, do the right thing, but chose to try and screw me. They have lost potentially MULTIPLE purchases of jeep vehicles from my family and friends and lost service revenue, parts purchase revenue, etc... I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to go to this dealership. Period! More
Greatest Car Buying Experience To Date!! We did a lot of research online as to which vehicle we wanted. We went to the dealership with two vehicles we wanted to see. Unfortunately they had just sold one of the two vehicles that afternoon so we explained to our sales person Chris Bennett exactly what we were looking for and he really listened to what we wanted. He chose an alternative vehicle and it was exactly what we wanted. Chris did not try to up-sale us or talk us into a more expensive vehicle than we wanted. We literally walked in the door, test drove the car and signed on the dotted line within 2 hours! We have never had that quick of an experience with purchasing a car. We LOVE our Jeep and Chris was the BEST!!! He was very professional, very knowledgeable about the vehicles and he had a great personality!! He even came in on his day off when we took possession of our new Jeep so that he could personally walk us through all the features and to answer any questions we had. No that is dedication!! We HIGHLY recommend the dealership - but we especially recommend Chris Bennett!! More

I had gone to another dealer, (without nam I just bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee from Bald Hill and the experience couldn't have been easier or smoother. I had gone to another dealer, (without naming names, it was named after a Biblical disaster and was a Ford dealership) and they tried to sell me what they had, not what I wanted. Louie sat with me, listened to my requirements and found me the car I wanted and priced it at a very fair level. For the first time in my car buying life, I didn't have to haggle!
