Bill Gorton and Bald Hill get two thumbs way up I knew since December 2016 that my lease on my 2014 Wrangler was coming to an end in March 2017. I go to law school in DC, but my mom lives in Rhode I I knew since December 2016 that my lease on my 2014 Wrangler was coming to an end in March 2017. I go to law school in DC, but my mom lives in Rhode Island and the lease was in her name. The plan was to lease another new Wrangler while I was home in RI over Christmas break, but things did not go exactly according to plan. However, while my mom and I were looking around at Bald Hill in December, we met Bill Gorton who turned out to be our Jeep Guy. We knew that I would have to make a trip back to RI in March when my old lease ended (because my mom's name also needed to be on the new lease - thank God for moms) and my mom and I managed to get Bill to agree to be our salesman when I made my March return trip (handling the two of us together is no easy task, and Bill was up for the job). In December we all exchanged numbers and penciled in the exact day and time that my mom and I would return to the dealership to trade in the older Wrangler for a new one. Sure enough, three months later at 9:00am sharp (as exactly as planned) Bill was prepared for us and had already ran numbers on several of the Wranglers that he knew I would be interested in (had to be a 2 door in order to fit in my parking spot in DC, had to be a Sport because I couldn't afford a fancier model, couldn't be silver because that was the color of my old Wrangler, had to be an automatic because I hate driving standard, and the list goes on) and Bill worked his magic - with a smile and a great sense of humor - and was actually able to send me on my way in a brand new 2017 black, 2 door, Wrangler Sport with a three and a half year lease. I can't say enough wonderful things about Bill, and the dealership as a whole was great too. I knew that nobody was trying to con my mom or me out of any money, and I knew that everyone had our best interests in mind. Everyone was completely up front and listened to exactly what my mom and I wanted. Since Wranglers are so popular it was also awesome to see a selection of them, instead of just one or two options (there were at least six different 2 doors on the lot, which I was really impressed by!) All in all, I recommend Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM, but even more so I recommend Bill Gorton, without whom I would not be driving around in a super sleek new Wrangler that met every single ridiculous requirement I had. More
