Not happy I have a 2017 Hyundai. My car has stalled in diffrent occasions. I was told it was a normal part of the car. So basically if I'm going to slow on a I have a 2017 Hyundai. My car has stalled in diffrent occasions. I was told it was a normal part of the car. So basically if I'm going to slow on a turn or up a hill it can stall on me. I talked to service manager. He said that I was givin the wrong info from there service advisers and told me it's probably the gas I'm putting in (ARCO) My problem was not resolved. Just sent me home and told me to take it out on freeway. I guess there just hoping car stops on the freeway and I get hit. Not happy...... More

Car needed several things addressed I brought my car in for several issues. All of the issues were addressed in a timely manner. All the parts had to be ordered so I did have to wait un I brought my car in for several issues. All of the issues were addressed in a timely manner. All the parts had to be ordered so I did have to wait until the following week you bring the car back in for the repairs. Almost everything was covered under the extended warranty. Alfonso was great and provided quality customer service. There was never a time I was unaware of what was going on with the car. He's efficient and you can tell he loves his job. The only thing I wish was different was that a rental would be provided free of charge when things covered under warranty were being repaired. But overall, Bakersfield Hyundai met all my expectations. More
