Pleasantly Surprised I stopped by Bakersfield Hyundai to see if the parts for a minor repair could be ordered. ( The large under engine, plastic fairing) They had it in st I stopped by Bakersfield Hyundai to see if the parts for a minor repair could be ordered. ( The large under engine, plastic fairing) They had it in stock, and offered to install if I could wait 1 hour. I live 45 miles away, this was a great offer! When they called me back from the comfortable waiting room 45 minutes later, they had repaired the fairing, repaired a recall item I had not known about, and washed my car! Thanks! More

Great Service My battery died and I had to jump start my car. I drove straight to the service department and explained what had happened. My car was taken back immediately and less than 30 minutes later my car was ready with a new battery and my car was washed! The best part was that my battery was still under warranty so it cost me $0.00!! I was so wonderful that I was able to get my car fixed and returned so quickly so that I could drive it to work the next day! More

I went in for the normal 15,000 mile maintenance got the recommended maintenance done. I’m usually always in and out in about an hour which is great! I had a problem with my vehicle while I was in and instead of them telling me I’ll have to leave it for the day like my old car dealership use to do Joey made it seem like it was no problem at all and the technicians would be happy to look at it and he will let me know if they find anything as soon as possible. Well within 10 minutes we found the problem and I was on my way. I’ve such a positive experience every time I’ve visted Hyundai’s service department that I think I’m sold on being a Hyundai car owner for life. Bakersfield Hyundai is doing a great job! Keep up the good work. More

Finally good service I have been driving to Valencia just to avoid dealing with Alfonso. This time I decided to come in and was lucky enough to get a different service per I have been driving to Valencia just to avoid dealing with Alfonso. This time I decided to come in and was lucky enough to get a different service person David. He was very polite and helpful.
