Had just taken in my vehicle for 60,000 mile service. A couple of weeks late noticed a strange sound. Not being a car guy, I told them I thought the sound was coming from the steering. The service manager offered a ride along to see if we could recreate the issue, Which I must commend them on that. Never had that happen before. We were able to recreate the sound. A couple of days later it hadn't been looked at it, based on the App they sent me. I need my car so I went and picked it up. The sound continued, but began to notice transmissions acting funny. Took it back in and told them the sound was coming from the transmission. Again 2 days later nothing happen according to the app and I called for an update. The advisor I think I spoke with was Adrienne and she offed to get a status for me. She came back and told me that it would be looked at that afternoon. Thank her for that. The next day it was ready and I picked it up. Where the whole thing fell apart is the problem was diagnosed as low transmission fluid. I had just had a 60, 000 mile service, How Could They Let It Leave Transmission Fluid? Up until this service has been 5-star. Who knows what damage was done to my Transmission? I just don't understand how this happened. My confidence is shaken, to say the least. More
