Did not communicate throughout service, had appt at 10:45am and kept checking link about updates about my service and remained at checkin the entire day. Finally a little before 5pm I was told, only because I messaged them, that my car was done but that they close at 6pm so I wasn’t able to pick up my car until the next morning because of not receiving confirmation and sufficient time to pick up my vehicle. Throughout the day hours after my appt I would text to check in and I was just told my car had not even been pulled in yet. Have been to Hyundai a few times now with appts and end up having to wait over 4-5 hours for servicing. More

Adrienne was very professional and answered all my questions. However, I was not completely happy with my service. I made an appointment for 7:30 am and was not notified of the status of my car until questions. However, I was not completely happy with my service. I made an appointment for 7:30 am and was not notified of the status of my car until I called and texted Adrienne. I called several times and was told my vehicle has not been inspected yet. I finally texted Adrienne around 2 pm to get an update on my vehicle. She replied an hour later stating that they are extremely busy servicing other cars from last week and they will get to everyone's car accordingly. I wish she had communicated that they would be keeping my car all day due to them being behind when I dropped off my vehicle that morning so I could have made transportation arrangements. I was really frustrated that I made an appointment two weeks prior and my car was not inspected until the end of the day. Once my car was inspected Adrienne notified me and explained the issues with my vehicle and set me up with a rental car for the amount of days it took them to repair my vehicle. More
