I took my car for the security update. I was not informed that the security update would impact or wreck my OEM remote start. I took the car back to have the issue looked at and was basica I was not informed that the security update would impact or wreck my OEM remote start. I took the car back to have the issue looked at and was basically told there was nothing they can do. I got more upset when I was telling them that I should get my vehicle with the same functionality and got dismissed and told that it did still work. It works but the alarm goes off. The fix I was given that to them was satisfactory was to unlock then do remote start and the alarm goes off but just two beeps. To add a Cherri in top the tech that worked on it do undented that if I do it the way they suggested the alarm won't go off despite him acknowledging that it will still go off because the car thinks it's being stolen. It all ended with all you can do is call this number. So they sold me a car that they cheaped out on and didn't include equipment that's typically standard, they implemented the cheapest fix they could that per reports doesn't prevent theft and broke my remote start. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again. More
