I email him at 12:21 and say “cool I’ll be there by 6, I get off at 5.” I make the 30 minute drive and get there and this bozo looks dead at me without even asking if I needed help. A black salesperson does. He gets Jay and he comes out and says “did you get the email I sent you? I emailed you a couple of minutes later and said the car sold.” So ESSENTIALLY when you emailed saying the car was available you never had confirmation, you just said it because it sounded good. I provided this guy with my phone number to text and he NEVER emailed me nor texted telling me the car sold. How did i get all of your other emails and not the most important one. Cars sell everyday but don’t waste my time if the car isn’t available. He then goes to his computer and says “yeah I emailed you at 12:15 saying the car sold.” My email to him providing my phone number and confirming the time I’d be there was sent at 12:21. How does that make sense ? Lol I received no further emails from him after he confirmed the vehicle was still available. The dealership may not be too bad but Jay Barney is a joke and makes it appear that way. More

Great except for the waiting area. I was disappointed to see that wearing masks in the waiting area was not being enforced. 8/10/2020 Prius Recall for Software Upgrade I had my 2015 Prius in for a recall upgrade to the software. Service also performed an alignment check and multi-point inspection which was nice. have never dealt with such ignorant salesman in my life. We made an arrangement 4 days prior to driving 6 hours to purchase a Sequoia. When we finally got there, the car was absolutely disgusting. We made an appointment with a specific person, who called off the day of the visit and failed to tell anyone else we were coming. So the vehicle was not detailed or serviced when we got there. The first ignorant comment was, "You should have notified us that you were coming." In addition, we had all financing with our credit union dealt with before we wasted our time driving there. All they had to do was fax the vehicle order to our bank and the bank would fax an Intent to Deliver Payment and would FedEx Priority Overnight ship the check to them. The payment would have been delivered by 10am the next day. They absolutely refused to do so. The salesman pointed at the Sequoia and said "That vehicle is not leaving this lot until the check is in my hand." They do not care about their customers. All the want is the money. I have always purchased vehicles this way and I have always left the dealership in the vehicle the same day. They suggested we finance through them. After sitting there with a restless 5 year old for over 3 hours, we finally just left. I would never suggest anyone deal with this dealership. More
Was very pleased with scheduling, and the time I was told exceed what I was told very happy.
