One small observation: I like the tire tread readings when checking in but question their accuracy: December 9 my readings were 8-8-8-9, January 19 my readings were 9-9-10-7. On my official inspection report they were 12-11-11-11. Same set of snow tires which were purchased 2020 winter. I believe the last set since they were probably done with a device by the technician. Why are they so different than reality???? More

The service advisor was nice enough to have the vehicle evaluated first thing in the morning, in order to get a quicker tu for a special needs adult.
