overall bad experience with Service/Body Shop I took my car to have major collision repaired. Things started off very well as my insurance company was had an agreement with the dealership and acce I took my car to have major collision repaired. Things started off very well as my insurance company was had an agreement with the dealership and accepted their repair quote without question. My insurance company also was very quick to arrange a loaner car if needed. Initially, I did not think i would need a rental car, but after a few days, it seemed it would make the process easier as the repair was going to take about three weeks. I picked up the rental car and this is the last part of the story that went well.... I received a call from the dealership around the time I was expecting the car to be completed, this was on a Friday. The body shop manager told me the car was not complete and that they had one remaining part that needed replaced, and that it would be delivered the next Monday so the car should be completed Monday or Tuesday, but that they would call me when it was finished. I had an emergency trip out of state for the Monday, but would be back in the evening or Tuesday latest. I never received a call telling me my car was finished, but instead a call on late Monday afternoon from my insurance saying the repair had been completed on the Friday - this was a recording, so could not speak live to anyone immediately. So now, i have to start making calls to both the dealership and the insurance company to sort this out as their message was that I would now be responsible for the rental cost while still not ever getting a call saying my car was finished. I tried calling the dealership using the on-line phone number listed and each time got the automated sales line. Each of the six times i called, i got someone live, who either transferred me to an extension that just hangs up on you, or promised i would be called back. Never got a single call back, this was very frustrating. I finally got hold of the insurance company who said there would be an extension, but the car needed returned immediately. I finally got hold of the body shop manager who told me that in fact they did finish the car on the Friday after hours, but did not try to call me. I scheduled time to go pick up my car, the work they performed did look very good, with the exception of a scratch which they sprayed over, making it look terrible. I complained and the manager said they would fix the issue, to just bring the car back and it would be taken care of. Once home, i discovered the lights on the rear of the car (where the damage occurred) were not working correctly. I dropped the car back for my repairs to be performed. A week later they call me to tell me that they will not fix the scratch but can look at the lights. Finally fed up, i told them not to bother, that i would take it to another shop and pay to have the problems fixed on my own. Overall, think they could have handled this much better, they just don't seem to care about good old customer satisfaction... No one ever asked be about the disconnects or fails to call back, they just seemed to blame me for not having a right number, but in fact never asked what number i was dialing or how i got it. I will never go back and when I need a new car (probably next spring) I know where not to go! More

My daughter, age 19, found a car she was interested in on the Baierl website, and after watching the car for a few weeks, she seen a price drop. We decided to go give it a look. She has been in the market for a Ford Fusion and this was to be her very 1st car purchase. Upon arrival, we went inside and was greeted by Justin Uram, an Amazing salesman. He got the keys to car, we looked it over, test drove it, and gained valuable information from Justin, as he was extremely knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. We decided to give it a shot and run a credit report for my daughter to see her eligibility. To everyone's surprise, she came back golden, on the first shot, with no cosigner, and the lowest interest rate of ever seen. Since this would be titled in her name, we needed to get her, her own insurance policy. Justin was so helpful, he said to take our time an let him know when we want to pick the car up. We left a small deposit to hold the vehicle, at our own request. 6 days later, insurance was in place and we returned to do the paperwork. We then met with Kevin Covert, in financing, my daughter was guided so well through the process and he was absolutely the most wonderful person to deal with, he was even able to get her a lower interest rate, as if that was even possible. I highly recommend Baierl Ford, Justin and Kevin, if you're in the market for a new or used car. I'm just sorry I purchased mine elsewhere, weeks before. This was absolutely the best car buying experience Ever! More
Love my Explorer I do think you have to go into a dealer with your eyes .Ask all the possible questions. After I had purchased my car the next day I came to pick my car up to unfortunently discover that someone within the dealership had lost my second key. Although they have made efforts to find my lost key, they have not offered me a replacement (even though it is their fault). Which upsets me and skews my view of the dealership as a whole as I traded my car in with a full set (3 keys) and I only received one with my new car. I will report back in two months after I contact the dealer for further action.* I saw my car to be online via autotrader, I then emailed the dealership inquiring about a test drive. The very next morning I received an email back from Patrick. He was very helpful in making an appoint for me to come and test drive the car. During the test drive he let me take the car out for a rather lengthy drive, to make sure the vehicle was to my liking. All in all he is an excellent salesman who was knowledgeable about the car and the previous owner. I will recommend anyone to buy a car from him. More
