" More Than I Hoped For " I can not say enough about my experience at Baierl Ford. I had been to another local Ford dealer that I had purchased 3 vehicles from, and I was very I can not say enough about my experience at Baierl Ford. I had been to another local Ford dealer that I had purchased 3 vehicles from, and I was very unhappy with their customer service. In-fact I almost decided to keep my current truck. Then I got a call from Mike Riederer. From the first phone call I knew something was different. It was like a breath of fresh air. I was looking for a very specific vehicle. We sat down and went over a few F150's none of which I was interested in. I thought okay thats it, I guess I will have to wait till they get one in, and then Mike suggested we build the exact vehicle I wanted and order it directly from the factory. I thought those days were long gone!! I never knew this was an option. So we sat down built my vehicle exactly the way i wanted it. Six LONG weeks later it arrived, exactly the way I wanted it. Mike kept me posted the entire time, from the day he ordered it, to its estimated arrival time, to the day it arrived. I can not say enough about Mike and the customer device I received, I felt like I was buying it from some one in my family. Every thing was exactly as promised and then some.
