He answered all my questions quickly, and when I told him where I lived, he overnighted all the paperwork, and even went so far as to offer to pay for my travel to Pittsburgh! The car was delivered with a full tank of gas(it's the little things that say a lot!) and I am now a very happy owner of a new car from Baierl Ford.
