Great service I needed to get a state inspection and emission since the other Ford dealer left me high and dry. Baierl had sent me a coupon for a great deal on an I needed to get a state inspection and emission since the other Ford dealer left me high and dry. Baierl had sent me a coupon for a great deal on an inspection and emission for my old Toyota, but said it was good at any location. Baierl Ford honored it, no questions asked. I waited on a Saturday morning for it. Had to wait a little over an hour. The service desk on Saturdays is in a different building, but wasn't hard to find. Waiting area was small, but super clean and new. They had a TV on for entertainment. The service professionals I talked to were on the ball and very courteous and didn't try and "find" problems with my car for inspection like other dealers I have been to. My car only had 13000 miles on it and was 2 years old. I will definitely be back. It's a little far from my house, but worth the drive to get good, quality service. More

Patrick went through all the electrical and mechanical details of this truck and helped us better understand how everything worked and operated. He really helped us feel comfortable with our purchase. I will definitely work with Patrick again when I look to purchase another vehicle. Kevin was a great help explaining all the details of the financial end of the deal. He also helped a lot in explaining the advantages of an extended warranty, which we are going to purchase. Awesome dealership This was the most stress free car buying experience I've ever had. We had found the car online and pretty much made most of the deal through email. This was the most stress free car buying experience I've ever had. We had found the car online and pretty much made most of the deal through email. When we got there to look at it and test drive, Justin had already had the car pulled into the garage so that we didn't have to stand in the rain. We never felt pressured in to buying it. The whole experience was very relaxed. The finance manager, Kevin, was also great and worked hard to get us the best rate he could. I will definitely be buying my next car from here. More
