I did not get notification to renew my registration and wasn't aware that I did not have it. Rob Cazin put me at ease and renewed my registration online. When I needed my brakes repaired Roxy found a loaner car for me so I could get my shopping done while the repair was done. They saved me so much time on a very busy day. They were both so pleasant and so willing to help. More

I'm not thrilled about the value that I was given for my trade, as it was nearly 15% under the KBB trade-in value, but my payment on the truck is still good enough (especially given all the bells and whistles I got) that it doesn't matter all that much. Patrick was especially patient with answering my many questions and concerns. More
