Bought a super clean 03 Miata Shinsen from BMW of Wilmington. Working with Joey has been an amazing experience. He has met and exceeded our expectations. He listened, understood our goals and was transparent throughout the entire process. Over the course of the month, Joey was there every step of the way. During the test drives we bonded over music and eventually picked a song that became our theme song for test drives. This song ultimately became the song we played when we drove off the lot with our brand new X4. I’m not sure if it was the speakers having a chance to warm up, but the audio quality sounds so much sweeter when its your car. Will definitely be buying from him again. Also would like to mention that Scott over at finance was incredible and ended up beating our rate with Navy Federal. Best of all there was no pressure to buy last minute packages. Hunter, our BMW Genius was awesome as well and helped us grasp a better understanding of all the features of our vehicle.
