The dealership reached out to me to have my oil changed, notifying me the service was due. I asked how much it was. They told me it was $130 plus tax. When I showed up to have the oil changed, they then tol notifying me the service was due. I asked how much it was. They told me it was $130 plus tax. When I showed up to have the oil changed, they then told me That I was due for a cabin filter, another filter and some other service. They knew each of these was due when they emailed me about the oil change. They wanted an additional $450 for the other services. I was furious that they did not raise that when they contacted me for the oil change. Clearly, they were luring me in with the price of an oil change in hopes that I would buy other services that were due. I will be going to another dealer next time. further, their work order sheet said they did not warrant their services. It said everything was being provided “as is.” When I asked why they would not warrant that they would do the service properly, they said that they did warrant their labor. When asked where that warranty was, no one knew. They contacted the manager and he didn’t know either. It all appeared to be a lie. I won’t be going back. More

I don’t even understand how my husband came back here when I asked him not to sometimes we try to give second chances, but this was a third and just unpleasant or if not more of the first. Your practices are unethical also and I’m sure you know what that is. More
