I had catastrophic engine failure due to a design defect but also in part due to the failure of service at BMW of Westlake. My car was then towed there and it took them about 10 seconds to say my beautiful but also in part due to the failure of service at BMW of Westlake. My car was then towed there and it took them about 10 seconds to say my beautiful 10 year old car, with 80,000 miles on it, was not worth fixing. More

I’ve never had a less than stellar experience at BMW Westlake! They always take the time to explain things clearly to me and the actual work they do on my cars is always top notch.
