Paid for transmission diagnostic and was told I need a new transmission at a cost of approximately $10,000.00. I was told the car is not worth repairing. I was just about to have the car towed to the junk new transmission at a cost of approximately $10,000.00. I was told the car is not worth repairing. I was just about to have the car towed to the junkyard and get 300.00 for it. I looked up transmission problems with a2006 325i and found info on resetting the transmission control module. I followed the instructions and drove the car off of the bmw parking lot. It’s been two months and the car is shifting great. So far no issues. They didn’t tell me it could be the control module and I asked why don’t you know. I was told that it would cost extra for a more in depth analysis. I knew I had a transmission problem when I had it towed in. It was not cheap to find out what I already knew. The car in in really nice shape so I am so glad I took it upon myself to research transmission problems with 2006 325i. This is my last bmw. I have a bmw x3 as well. No more. Beamers for me plus the service department is not good at all as it related to my issue. More

From the moment I stepped foot into BMW of Westlake, it was more than pleasant. These guys know first-hand professionalism, making you feel comfortable and not coercing you into anything you don't need. I' was more than pleasant. These guys know first-hand professionalism, making you feel comfortable and not coercing you into anything you don't need. I'm a shopper so I do my research before deciding on who will service my vehicle. At no time did I feel uncomfortable about their approach or making me feel welcome while there. This goes for the first time and returning this last time. My most recent work was on my brakes and getting new tires, and it was awesome. Thank you Brittaney and the team for being great! More

I purchased a 2022 BMW x3 from John Redden. He was wonderful. He was patient and kind and more than accommodating. Two weeks later I got a notification that my rear brake pads needed to be rep He was wonderful. He was patient and kind and more than accommodating. Two weeks later I got a notification that my rear brake pads needed to be replaced. I was disappointed to say the least. This is my first luxury vehicle purchase. I was skeptical of a pre owned vehicle and this was why dealing problems From the previous owner or dealership that got over looked . I called John and he immediately connected me to the Andrew at the service center to help. Andrew was also very nice to work with. I took my car in on 9/17 to be looked at. It seems that the rear brake pads weren’t properly assessed at the middle burg heights location and the westlake location was able to fix them at no cost to me. There was also a part that was disconnected or broken in the sun roof that was of no cost to me to fix. My issue was when it was determined that my front brake pads were drivable but would need fixed depending on how I drive in 1-3 months. I drive a lot. I was disappointed at the response of the brake pads being ok enough to sell ethically. Ok enough is not acceptable when you spend thousands on anything. I haven’t had the car for a month and it had to go back to the shop. I told Andrew I was disappointed at the experience of purchasing a luxury vehicle and it’s seems that the bare minimum was done to sell it. I ended up paying almost $700 for front brakes. As I told Andrew it’s not the money but the principle that I just bought this car and am already fixing maintenance after the deal haphazardly missed the back brakes needing replaced. I would have appreciated a more thorough and transparent experience from BMW of Westlake. More
