This is the second car that I bought from Ganley BMW, having purchased an SUV in 2003. I have dealt almost exclusively over the last 8 years with Jim Strunk in the service department. Jim is funny, kind, genuine, and most of all honest. These are expensive cars which would imply that the people driving them have money but I have never felt that Jim has tried to take advantage of me or rip me off. I have also worked with Mike in service. Like Jim, Mike is friendly and honest. When Mike has handled my car, he has first tried to rule out the least expensive problems instead of just running up a huge bill. I live in Richmond Heights which is a good distance from the Ganley BMW dealership. In fact, I drive past at least two closer dealerships to get to Ganley and I do so mainly because of the service provided to me which is excellent. When it came time for me to purchase another vehicle, I knew I would get it from Ganley. Ken Delk is an excellent salesman who is available to help answer any and all questions. Ken is knowledgeable. This is the first car that I actually negotiated for by myself and there were no problems with Ken. New car sales manager Thom Henretta was not at Ganley when I bought the SUV. He is friendly and focused on customer service. My new car experience this time was much more pleasant than the one I had when I bought the SUV. Michael Hall in the financial department was patient and did not try to convince me to buy things that I didn't want or need. I am looking forward to getting another SUV from Ganley in 2013. More

Had the best price of the dealers in my area. Ordering process was straight forward and all of the employees were polite and helpful. In order to get one you have to make your appointment many days in advance, which isn't possible when your car breaks down. More
