When I came to the dealership I was unsure about what kind of car I wanted to buy. I was in the market for something, I just didn't know what. I had been to 8 different dealerships and had looked at almost every type of car, but not one salesman came to greet me in the lot until I went to Ganley BMW. Jerry Mancini came right out and we walked the lot and he took the time to figure out what I was looking for. There were two different options I was looking at and Jerry was right there with me during both test drives to help explain all the features the cars were equipped with. Jerry even had the decency to grab an umbrella for me because it was raining. Fred gave me a great deal and all in all I was so impressed by how honest and persistent Larry was. He was a great listener and made sure I was happy when I left. I will buy again from this dealership. I have appreciated the follow-up as well as the initial meeting and ongoing transactions. Unlike so many other dealers, this was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
