When it became apparent that this vehicle did not fit my needs, she went out of her way to find cars that would fit my needs, even requesting vehicles from other locations. Putrri responded quickly to my every message and was pro-active in providing me links/connections/etc. She suggested and provided me test drives in vehicles I had not previously considered. This experience led directly to the vehicle I actually purchased. While Putrri answered all questions quickly, she did not in any way attempt to pressure or guide my decision. This approach contributed to my decision to purchase. Even after my purchase was complete, Putrri has continued to contact me to make sure that I am satisfied and that all my questions are answered. When I told Putrri that I was looking for a Lexus, she told me that once I drive a BMW, I would be leaving in a BMW and not consider anything else.
