This was all because of a salesman who goes by "Q". My experience with Q was unlike any experience you will probably ever have with a car salesman. It is something that is quite rare and happens very seldom in this business of car sales. Q is like a rock star car salesman. A true car enthusiast with huge potential. This guy genuinely loves cars and loves what he does. His passion is to see you in the ride you desire. Life is too short to be driving a Honda Accord, but hey if that's what you want, Q can find it for you! At first, when I talked him on the phone, I didn't really understand if he told me that his name was "q", "queue", "cue" or if he just got done telling me that he was "cute." He assured me it was q - "just like the letter" :) He was soft-spoken and very eager to help, like he actually gave a shi+ - something totally lacking in a lot of salespeople today. He was very polite the entire time and completely genuine. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the Audi I was interested in and called me back to share the report card. What's interesting is that talking to him about the vehicle the very first time gave me the feeling that he personally knew the all about it... knew how long they had had it, what it was traded in on, etc. This isn't just another job for him, this is Q's passion, he knows his inventory well! He was very forthcoming and shared minor details that I would have totally glanced over. Like I said... he gives a shi+. After arriving in Cleveland, he picked me up in a sweet Cayenne Turbo. My time with him was short, but we did get to talk cars and share stories. I especially like the one we had in common where we both ran out of gas! I have interacted with a lot of car salespeople over the years and I've had good experiences and bad ones. My experience with Q was by far the best of the lot. He made the process completely free of pressure and in the end I feed that we agreed to a great deal. He made me so comfortable with the process that I was willing to travel 5 hours from Louisville to purchase from him. And I have a feeling that it won't be the last time. In the end, I feel like I made a new friend in Cleveland - someone who I can call on when I need my next vehicle but also whose home I can crash at if I'm driving through town... Thanks Q and see you again soon friend - and if your boss is reading this, he needs to give you a raise!!!!! More

I had the 4 series after enjoying the 3 series. Now I am on to the 2018 540 i series and loving it with an add on 2017 340 i for my son ! Easiest car buying experience I’ve had To date I’ve purchased about 20 cars at dealerships ranging from south western Virginia throughout West Virginia and Tennessee. Worked out 99% of the details on the phone as we knew exactly which vehicle we wanted. We did this since this dealership is 6 hours from our home. Steve our salesman answered all of our questions as well as got out approval and trade in appraisal ahead of Time to ease the process. Arrived and the x5 was waiting in the bay for us to look over before we took it for a drive we are extremely happy with our purchase as well as the service we received from the dealership. We were greeted by numerous staff members and offered refreshments and coffee as we waited. Nez the BMW genius went over all of the details of the technology inside and outside of the vehicle after the trade and made sure we were comfortable with it before leaving. We will definitely be looking there for our next trade. Even with the distance it is from our home. More
