I was originally attracted to the dealership (after visiting two others) because of their inventory but what I found was a staff that was responsive to me needs, friendly, and courteous without exerting any undue pressure. From the initial welcome at the door to the completed sale with Nate Lieb, my experience was comfortable, fluid and efficient. Nate was able to help me make an informed decision without pressure or undue bias. Nate brought an honesty and depth of knowledge that was really helpful. Not only did Nate help me find a new 428i but he helped me with some subtle yet distinctive customization that makes my new BMW something special. Beyond the Car, this dealership has figured out that completing the deal in a fast and efficient way is icing on the cake. Mike Niedzwiecki was prepared, thorough and understood that the paperwork was the least exciting thing about buying a new car. These guys get it, I did not want to spent hours signing forms and listening to add-on pitches.
