Being kind of skeptical trying to find a car online for the first time, I was more then pleasantly surprised how honest and cordial Tom and everyone else I came in contact with at the dealership. My First BMW Experience Went to the auto show to compare Mercedes, Audi, BMW and eventually make a purchase. I liked the Audi A6 but BMW wasn't there to compare. So my wife and I drove to BMW of Westlake to check out the 5 series model. There I met Jerry Mancini. After a short discussion about my needs he realized very quickly that I would be best suited for a "courtesy car" with low miles. We test drove several cars and narrowed down my choice. When I picked up the vehicle, I spent 45 minutes with their BMW Genius and gained a better appreciation of my new vehicle. I have the 535i for 3 years with no out of pocket for maintenance. I think I am really going to love this vehicle. More
