While I have driven BMWs for almost 30 years, a new model is tricky. How will it look, how will it drive, colors, etc.? My sales rep kept me apprised throughout the process of the manufacturing progress of the vehicle, including it's landing day on a Sunday in the port of Baltimore. The delivery of the actual car was also outstanding as the dealer has a designated delivery spot in the dealership to add to the excitement. More
