I decided to buy the car based on it being a CPO, photos, and the salesman describing the car as quite beautiful. All the negotiating was done over the phone. I drove my trade to Ohio and arrived at Westlake and Westlake was prepared for the transaction. The finance paper work went smoothly with no overbearing attempts to sell additional warranties. The plates were transferred in the meantime. I was in my new car in short time. On sight the car turned out to be a stunning 535i GT. I highly recommend this trustworthy dealership. More

Great Experience I purchased my first BMW for my wife yesterday and dealt with John Caruso. Although it was a busy Monday at BMW, John was able to find time in his hectic schedule to explain the BMW experience; test drive a car;and make a purchase all in a matter of a few hours. I drove off the lot with my wife's new car and all paperwork was handled with no issues. John did a great job explaining all the benefits of owning a BMW and their BMW Genius was fantastic. We've owned many luxury cars but this by far is a solid car and BMW of Westlake is a fantastic facility with great inventory and a high energy staff. Extremely Professional I was looking at a CPO vehicle from Westlake South and had an identical CPO vehicle located at another dealership in Ohio. The pricing at Westlake South was much lower than the other dealership, after asking both dealers to present their lowest price on the car. After purchase, some minor upholstery issues were found after taking possession. This dealership has been excellent in working to resolve the issues at no charge. I suspect most dealers would indicate that the vehicle was sold 'as - is'. Westlake South has gone above and beyond my expectations. This is truly a respectable dealership. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. More

Outstanding Experiance I had the opportunity to work with Marc from BMW Westlake South on the purchase of my 335d. Purchasing a vehicle online was a first for me. Being from I had the opportunity to work with Marc from BMW Westlake South on the purchase of my 335d. Purchasing a vehicle online was a first for me. Being from Connecticut and unable to look at the vehicle on person Marc sent me pictures of the car within 10 minutes of my initial phone call with a very reasonable price. Marc provided very prompt responses to phone calls and emails. My wife and I were picked up at the airport 2 days after initial contact by Marc in a very nice 535i. BMW of Westlake let us use a loaner vehicle for the rest of the day to enjoy Cleveland while my BMW was finishing being prepared. A quick visit with Dan from finance and we were on our 600+ mile ride home. This dealership was simply outstanding. More
