I didn't purchase a vehicle from them but it didn't seem to matter. Cassie was awesome. Tom was knowledgeable. I was squeezed in for a prepurchase check and the time frame I was promised was honored. I'm an out of state purchaser and originally reached out on a Sunday evening via BMW Westlake's website to learn more about a used Audi Q5. First thing Monday morning, sales rep Tom Zito reached out to discuss. As this was during covid (not to mention I live 300+ miles away) most of our back and forth was conducted on email. Tom was very responsive, explained the process in detail and even reached out over the phone whenever I needed further explanation. By Thursday afternoon (keep in mind I was in no rush so this was my timeline), the entire process had been completed - including current vehicle appraisal AND securing financing. I drove up Saturday and was in and out in less than 1 hour!! Including a test drive! I would recommend Tom and this dealership to anyone in the market. Can't say enough good things. I will be back. More
