Service department is great !!! I will say I tried twice to purchase there and got no help, guy dismissed me, went in 2 times in a week. I told him exactly what I wanted, I had 50K and needed a green twice to purchase there and got no help, guy dismissed me, went in 2 times in a week. I told him exactly what I wanted, I had 50K and needed a green color for my company car allowance. He never called me so I went back in and he acted like he did not remember me and was to busy to talk. I ended up finding it on my own at a dealership in MI, They we’re wonderful and treated me very well!! I do love my X6 and did spend more than 50K. Being in sales my whole life, I was disappointed in how I was treated in the sales department at the Westlake BMW. More

My only complaint with my entire visit is the spray cleaner yo loved seeing that you guys did a quick vacuum of the car! And a quick interior detail! My only complaint with my entire visit is the spray cleaner you guys used to detail interior. There was over spray from the cleaner all over my dash, radio and steering wheel. Little circles all over the interior,I had to wipe everything down when I got home. I came back week later to get parts installed and same thing happened lol Tell your guys to spray the rag then wipe, don't spray interior. Thank you! More
