This dealership was amazing. From the moment we entered we were greeted and assisted as if we were the only people on the premises (which we were not!). We were offered a beverage and very well taken care of. The hospitality was impeccable. Our sales associate, Jimmy, went above and beyond helping us with the right vehicle. He was very informative and kept us updated on the progress of the vehicles delivery time frame. He was genuine, never pushy, and truly helpful. This is our 1st foreign car purchase - as my husband is retired from Ford Motor Co! We LOVE the vehicle, but just as important, the knowledge and caring helpfulness that Jimmy Laumer offered! We had no hesitation or reservations about this new purchase because of him and because of Jimmy we look forward to being lifelong BMW of Westlake customers. Mike Delczeg was also so helpful on pickup showing us the bells and whistles! He’s was patient and answered all of our questions on all the newest and latest gadgets we never knew we needed!!
