The service guy was excellent! He helped me register my car online. Very happy with the service provided by BMW of Westbrook in general. Only one complaint: I just got my car back from annual service and inspection (which they happily picked up and dropped off, much appreci in general. Only one complaint: I just got my car back from annual service and inspection (which they happily picked up and dropped off, much appreciated, as I work from home and didn’t lose any time to dealing with these chores), and all of my settings have been cleared out! I had driver seat settings saved, but that’s gone. Lighting colors changed. Haven’t tried radio presets yet, but guessing they are gone, too. That is a real pain in the xxx, and pretty much negates all the warm and fuzzies I was feeling before. More
