I went to Bill Dodege BMW to two occasions to try out and purchase a new BMW and couldn't even get waited on despite the fact sales people seemed to be just standing around outside the buildling smoking. I was sold a pre-owned BMW certified car and after 10,000 miles the car lost reverse, I discovered the dealer had installed a plug in the radiator coil that was leaking, the rear ball joints were bad and I h miles the car lost reverse, I discovered the dealer had installed a plug in the radiator coil that was leaking, the rear ball joints were bad and I had to replace the tire due to this fact at a cost of $600 and the dealer would not stand behind the car and warranty it. I am very dissatisfied needless to say with this dealer. More
