New Car Purchase I came into the dealership simply to inquire about a vehicle on the lot. I wasn't really "looking", however, over the course of a month I worked with I came into the dealership simply to inquire about a vehicle on the lot. I wasn't really "looking", however, over the course of a month I worked with Nathan. Nathan has the patience that I wish I had. He was clear, measured and complete in his responses and approach. He never pressured me at any time or in any way! We each contributed to a fair deal to the point I wish I could have bought two BMWs!! When I picked up my new car Nathan spent 90 minutes teaching me how to use my new vehicle... at closing time to boot! I sincerely hope he is still there when I need a car several years from now. More

She was very professional, friendly and listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. I don't think that I have personally met such an amazing young lady who is as enthusiastic and upbeat about BMW's now as she was 4 years ago when we purchased our Z4. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from Bill Dodge BMW and we have found that the service we receive continues to be excellent. Chris helped with navigating through the new technology which can be overwhelming and was able to do it in a way that it all began to make sense. I have been to over 20 BMW dealerships on the east coast with my 4 vehicles in the past 8 years. This is one of the best car dealerships I have ever been to in my life! The location is prime right outside t with my 4 vehicles in the past 8 years. This is one of the best car dealerships I have ever been to in my life! The location is prime right outside the city of Portland. I am extremely picky about my vehicle and I constantly monitor this dealership to make sure proper work takes place. I have been in the back and met allot of the guys working on my cars as well as meeting the floor staff. For the past year on about 7 visits I have had nothing but perfect service from this dealership. I throw them some of the strangest problems. Some of which they have fixed right on the spot! Working with Steve and Ron is truly a pleasure. I am so lucky for the way they treat me! They both personally test drive my car to make sure it's running perfect. Sometimes they pick me up on the side of the road. Other times they offer a loaner in a flash. Nothing but perfection from these two gentlemen. Honestly the best BMW car dealership in the northeast hands down! More
