When you have an emergency, you can depend on BMW! We are ffro KC, 1300 miles from home and our car lost power. We arrived at the dealership at 1:45 Friday afternoon. We were told they were tied up unt We are ffro KC, 1300 miles from home and our car lost power. We arrived at the dealership at 1:45 Friday afternoon. We were told they were tied up until 5:00, but would check the seriousness at 5:00, and that would tell us if we could drive the car safely. We began planning options of possibly having to stay through Monday or Tuesday if we had serious problems. At 3:00, from Adam Milligan that the problem could be prepared today (new coils and spark plugs and we could be on our way today....WE WERE ON OUR WAY BY 4:30. They somehow made it possible to not only find quicker than 5:00 the problem, but saved us three vacation days! Thank yuo! John & Connie More
