Super fast service My 2010 335i xdrive failed the blower motor wiring as outlined in a BMW service letter I received in the mail. I was worried about driving the car wit My 2010 335i xdrive failed the blower motor wiring as outlined in a BMW service letter I received in the mail. I was worried about driving the car with the wiring shorted(and it was very cold without heat). To top it all off, BMW of Westbrook is the closest dealer to me and is still 2 hours away. After explaining my situation to the service manager (Walter), he worked with BMW North America to get my car towed to the dealership where he was able to get the repairs performed the very next morning, despite his already busy schedule. I'm very grateful for the service I received, and will continue to buy BMW products for the rest of my life, because I know they will stand behind their product, even if it is no longer "brand new". More
