Happy My 06 BMW 330ci broke down. I spoke to Walter Ferrara and explained that we were going vacation in a couple days. He said he would try to squeeze it i My 06 BMW 330ci broke down. I spoke to Walter Ferrara and explained that we were going vacation in a couple days. He said he would try to squeeze it in. Later that afternoon Tracey Noyes called me with the dio and an estimate and to let me know that the parts could be there the next day. I got a call around noon the next day to let me know my car was done and ready to go! When I picked it up I spoke with tech Joel Campbell who explained the work. All in all it was a fantastic experience. Walter, Tracey & Joel were all great. I definitely will recommend the service at BMW of Westbrook. More

Emergency I am from out of state. While driving, my car lost A/C airflow. I googled the nearest BMW location and found Westbrook. They greeted me as if I was I am from out of state. While driving, my car lost A/C airflow. I googled the nearest BMW location and found Westbrook. They greeted me as if I was a regular customer, promptly took my car in and diagnosed the problem. Electrical Snafu Engine light on and computer diagnostic indicated a vacuum leak. Not so. Determined to be an electrical malfunction and computer could not indicate wh Engine light on and computer diagnostic indicated a vacuum leak. Not so. Determined to be an electrical malfunction and computer could not indicate where. Mechanic had to check each electrical connection in an orderly fashion until he found the problem. Luckily he found it halfway through the car and repaired it. It was a factory error causing a wire to rub and wear through. Covered under warranty with no hassle. More

Stress free experience Usually when I buy a new car I’m at the dealership for hours, negotiating prices, waiting for the salesperson to come back from giving my offer to the Usually when I buy a new car I’m at the dealership for hours, negotiating prices, waiting for the salesperson to come back from giving my offer to the sales manager, etc. I had a stress free experience at BMW of Westbrook. I worked with Zack, whom I first met in Feb. he kept in touch but didn’t make me feel “pressured” and waited for me to be ready to purchase my vehicle. There was no runaround with the trade in value of my car - I thought it was very fair, and no back and forth on the price of the car I bought, which was also very fair and a great deal. I’m very pleased with my experience and would go there again in the future. More
