Otto's BMW Represents The BMW Brand Extremely Well I like cars and am moving in and out of them quite a bit. I have an acceptable loss ratio for each deal that is based off whole sale numbers. I realiz I like cars and am moving in and out of them quite a bit. I have an acceptable loss ratio for each deal that is based off whole sale numbers. I realize a Dealer must make money so I have a realistic number above whole sale pricing that I do not bend on. The most important aspect for me is price. Once I have that part of the deal in check I concentrate on terms and details. I do not like to chase people for answers and expect the back end of the deal be taken care of. Justice Mogano leaves nothing to chance. I was kept informed every step of the way . . . . .to the Deal's end. Service after the Deal has been excellent as well. Otto's BMW runs a very professional operation and pays attention to detail. I would recommend them for new or used car purchases. I also appreciated the fact Justice knew more about the "M" cars than I did which is not always the case. Five stars for my whole experience with Otto's. More

Heath and Kevin - Awesome New Car Purchase! I went to Otto's BMW on a whim to check out a unique color combo of a car I already had on order. I highly reccomend him if you're in the market for a new/used/CPO BMW! A pleasant, new experience I had with this dealership was the Encore visit. Kevin was the BMW Genius whom which I was in contact. Awesome guy! A true car enthusiast and really knows his stuff! Not only was he accomodating with my constant recheduling of visits, he actually met me ON A SUNDAY closer to my home to go over my new vehicle. Talk about customer service! The treatment by my phenomenal sales advisor, Lehia McGillen was professional and caring towards my needs in a vehicle. Ottos' Sales Manager, Mike Gardner made my negotiation seamless. The dealership went overboard to make me feel like part of the family and I would highly recommend them. Three weeks after purchased I returned to Otto's for a Genius Appointment with Brian Menda to go over the operational functions of my vehicle. Brian knows the functionality of the BMW models inside and out. Brian, patiently went over the controls, iDrive and whatever I wanted to discuss. I was also invited to return at any point, for further help, when needed . More
