2 years later Otto's BMW service work has failed. The rear door vapor barrier is gone bad again. Beth told me on the phone that I am out of warranty! That much about fixing problems based on factory standards. 2 years the charm. I am very disappointed with BMW, their service and luck of quality. Shame on you BMW. I am not coming back. Thanks for nothing!

Dear Reviewer, Thanks again for taking the time to speak to me when we were first alerted to your review. As we discussed, I apologize for the mishap with our demo when you came to drive it. Unfortunately, a technician blocked the car in and accidentally went home with the key. Certainly a mis-step on our part. You did not mention in your review that to correct this mishap, we offered you a 24 hour test drive, which you accepted. This is something that we typically do not offer. You also gave us the opportunity to match prices that you received from other dealerships and we thank you for that - but unfortunately for us, they were so aggressive that we just could not justify accepting that kind of deal. I'm sorry we could not come to an agreement this time around but it is my hope that we may have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
