I dont really feel like typing a whole lot cause I dont wanna relive the situation....<br>But basically my car stinks(BRAND NEW 2004 bmw325ci) its a lemon noone wants to replace it for me....I have it brou wanna relive the situation....<br>But basically my car stinks(BRAND NEW 2004 bmw325ci) its a lemon noone wants to replace it for me....I have it brought it into the shop about 6 times in 9 months for service....<br>Took my car into this dealership for service (needs like 5 things replaced) The dealership scratched my paint and DESTROYED my rims..after about 2 hours of yelling and a call to the state police..the District Manager shows up and agrees to fix the rims and detail the car... It been in the shop for over a week now, and the only contact I have with the service dept. for status updates ARE FROM MYSELF CALLING THEM.... Terrible... More

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. As a first time customer and a customer with very little knowledge of the BMW, the salesman Adam was very helpful. He gave me the BMW101 class like a col first time customer and a customer with very little knowledge of the BMW, the salesman Adam was very helpful. He gave me the BMW101 class like a college instructor. He never pressured me into buying a car and he did not take advantage of the fact that I only had limited knowledge of the product that I was inquiring about. I bought a 2000 BMW 328I off the used car lot. I got a great price on a really good vehicle. I ended up with more extras in the car than I ever imagined. I never felt ripped off by the dealer like I had been in the past with other dealerships. My car has been great and I will always drive a BMW. Otto's BMW will always have my business and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More
