Charged the service but cut corner to perform it. Could not finish the service work as promised originally. Charged $100 more for 4 tires rotation and balance but afterwards the wheels were still in t Could not finish the service work as promised originally. Anyone think that is possible that the shop would just rotate the tires without rotating the wheels?? Third times using this dealership and not sure will come back again. More

We were able to work out an excellent deal for my BMW coupe. Thank you, Ben, for checking in and for the follow-up and for explaining the vehicle features so well! I traded in my Audi which is the part of the process that was tough for me as I am a die-hard Audi fan, but I wanted to give BMW a chance because they ARE awesome cars. At the moment I'm looking for an Audi again, but if I decide to stick with the BMW brand, I would not feel sorry knowing I have Ben to count on to get me in another one! To be honest, Justice exceeded our expectations with his responsiveness and follow through to every question/email that we have had, even after the purchase. He is very thorough and knowledgeable about BMWs. We would, without hesitation, recommend Otto’s to others looking to purchase a BMW and would recommend asking for Justice Mogano. In 2012, my wife and I recided to purchase a new X5 diesel. We emailed various dealerships to get their best price for the vehicle in the options that we wnated as we hate the bait and switch that they diesel. We emailed various dealerships to get their best price for the vehicle in the options that we wnated as we hate the bait and switch that they love to do. The two frontrunners were Thompson and Ottos. Even though Otto's was nto in USAA's network, they honored thier price and was about $1,500 cheaper than Thompson. Since then I have brought both my X5 and M3 for service. Their service reception has somethimes been slow and I have waited for up to 15 minutes as my advisor was dealing with another customer. You would think I would be assigned to another advisor. I hade the check engine light come on and they had to keep the car for a week trying to trouble shoot it. When I went to pick it up, the light came back on and I had to bring it back. This time they kept it for another week but were able to fix the issue. I understand that these are complicated vehicles and there are a host of sensors that could go bad. I suspect that it may have had something to to with my Thompson BMW installed hitch and break controller. I still go back to them fo service and they have treated me right and have gotten the job done so I cannont complain. More

Our vehicle was spotless on the day of delivery and Kevin spent all the time we needed to teach us every nuance on how to safely and efficiently operate our new purchase. By the time we left, and my wife holding a gift in hand from the dealership, you felt like you had touched base with old friends, made some new friends, and you know Otto's will be there if you need any type of assistance in the future. A sense of trust--that's how you feel when you work with Kevin and you buy from Otto's. It really is unlike any other car buying experience. More
