I met Heath when I stopped by Otto's to get some paper work for the servicing of my BMW. I mentioned that I was interested in getting a sports car as a second car. He told me of a Z-4 at Otto's other loca work for the servicing of my BMW. I mentioned that I was interested in getting a sports car as a second car. He told me of a Z-4 at Otto's other location that I might be interested in. He arranged to have the car brought to his location for me to see and test drive. I liked the car and Heath and I negotiated a price that we both could live with. Heath never once made me uncomfortable and never pressured me regarding the car. All in all, the experience I had at Otto's in Exton was very pleasant and most of it was due to the professionalism and courtesy of Heath Cameron. More

The service experience was excellent from start to finish. Work was performed quickly too. I brought my car in for one specific item and asked that they look at two other things which I didn't think finish. Work was performed quickly too. Since the car was under warranty this was at no cost to me. Other dealerships may have just given the items a cursory check, but not here. I was very impressed. More

Heath Cameron is an outstanding employee who provides the highest level of customer service. My husband has been doing business with Heath for several years and I just swtiched to him from Lexus. When you visit an Otto's BMW dealership, whether it's for service or to purchase, it quickly becomes apparent that everyone there understands the BMW culture and tries in every way to relate to the customer' service or to purchase, it quickly becomes apparent that everyone there understands the BMW culture and tries in every way to relate to the customer's experience with the vehicle. Basically, I feel that I have personal advocates at the dealership. Another nuance is the display of BMW heritage. Otto's always has a restored BMW Bimmer or Bemmer on display. I enjoy knowing that Otto's has a keen interest in the mobile tradition of BMW's and the experience to back it up. More

The folks at Otto's provide exemplary service with friendly, courteous a life, I can honestly say that Otto's rate as 'World Champions' in our book. I have always found the staff there to be friendly and efficient in their treatment of me.I feel that t buying and servicing my cars (seven to date). I live and work approximately 40 miles from Otto's in center city Philadelphia. There are probably four other BMW dealers that are closer to me, but I find that the superior treatment that I receive there outweighs the inconvenience. More

As a car lover, I appreciated that my client advisor, Kevin, was so passionate and knowledgeable about BMW's. He really wanted to find a car that fit what I was looking for. I have purchased many BMW's over the years and have had many New Vehicle delivery experiences and I must say this is by far the Very Best Experience I have ever had. Robert Felicetti the sales manager did a great job getting involved and gave me numbers to buy the car with out any hassel. Additionally, John Wegner my client advisor was knowledgable and was customer focused. Furthermore, Matt the genelman that did my finance paper work was professional and got right to the point which I greatly appriciated. My delivery took 2 hours from the time I walked in the door untill I was driving down the road, the team was efficent, prepared and didn't waste my time, again best delivery ever. I hate this dealership. The older women at the front counter is rude and condescending. Every time I have brought my 5series in for service all I hear about is how horrible her life is and how her husba counter is rude and condescending. Every time I have brought my 5series in for service all I hear about is how horrible her life is and how her husband just got back from Iraq. I don't believe this to be professional in the least. I don't believe you should talk about your personal life at the work place. I also over heard her having an argument with her daughter Sarah while standing behind the counter. Sarah told her to shut up several times. I have also seen that same women crying behind the counter. I didn't spend 60k on a car so I can watch Jerry Springer when I go in for service. I prefer a professional atmosphere where I do not get an enterprise car as a rental when the gentleman standing next to me gets an 09 535 and has an old 3series... I think that they should take into account the car the owner drives in with and the car they drives out with... Basically I will never go there again. If I want to hear about Iraq I will watch the xxxx news. I will now take my car to Princeton BMW. More
