I had no real luck locating my vehicle locally, so I decided to give the internet a try. Working through the Auto Trader online I located the car I was looking for at Townsend BMW. With no reasonable expectations, I sent an email to see if the car was still available. Within an hour I had a call from Christopher McMillian telling me that he still had the car. From this point on Christopher made the whole process comfortable and easy. Christopher was very responsive and informative. We basically did the whole deal over the phone (including my trade-in). I can’t say enough good things about Christopher. He has broken the mold of what I remember of car salesmen. There was no high pressure sales pitch, he was professional and provided me with all the details whether good and bad. The best thing of all he delivered the car to me and picked up my trade-in personally. The car is exactly as he described it and I could not be happier with my purchase. They started on one thing and discovered another major problem, but they handled it and saved me some "dollies". Elizabeth Norwood (Parts) was so kind to show me several accessories I was interested in for myself. Annette Parr (Parts Manager) was an awesome person to meet. She was very kind and generous to me in the Parts Dept. Learning that Annette has been working for Townsend over 35 yrs., told me that she loves her job and is very knowledgeable in her field of work. Trent Witsaman (Parts & Service Director) was a pleasure to meet and get to know. Kevin Garner (Management) was very kind and a nice person to meet. We live in the Charlotte, NC area but found a low mileage 32 Our recent experience buying a car from Christopher McMillian at Townsend BMW was great. We live in the Charlotte, NC area but found a low mileage 328i CPO car online with Townsend in Tuscaloosa, Alabama (over 400 miles away). Normally, I would be apprehensive about buying a car this far away but Christopher was great in answering our questions and gave us an honest assessment of the car's condition which was emaculate. We worked the whole deal out over the phone and email, including our trade and financing. Christopher offered to ship the car to us but we decided to make the drive to Tuscaloosa. When we arrived, the car was out front and the condition was exactly as described. Christopher also took the time to takes us on a great test drive and also explained all aspects of the car and the overall BMW experience. The rest of team at Townsend were also very friendly and helpful. It was a great car buying experience and we will definitely make the drive to Tuscaloosa and work with Christopher for our next BMW! Christopher McMillian I have been looking for a used car for a couple of months now. I've looked online and visited numerous car lots. After deciding on a Nissan Pathfinder , I found one that caught my eye online at Townsend BMW. It is not like me to purchase a used vehicle sight unseen, especially one that would have me travel 250 miles to purchase. After speaking to Christopher I knew this was the car for me. He was Customer service Plus . I can't say enough about how he understood my predicament and put me at ease knowing I would not be disappointed. I love my my car. It was everything he promised and more. He is a top notch client advocate. I would definitely buy another car from him . Great Deal, Great People After weeks of searching and test driving 550 series, I found the best deal at Townsend BMW. Living in LA, there are tons of BMW on the street especia After weeks of searching and test driving 550 series, I found the best deal at Townsend BMW. Living in LA, there are tons of BMW on the street especially when we drive around Beverly Hills. However, my husband wanted a fully loaded, M package, Executive package black on black which is pretty much the best of the best for the 5 series. We found a 2013 550 with only 5k miles on it. Certified, pre owned, the car was in Excellent condition. I called the dealership and spoke with Michael. He was pretty straightforward, easy to talk to and we closed the deal within minutes with him willing to ship the car to LA from Alabama. We bought it sight unseen feeling extremely confident after reading some rave reviews about the dealership online. He was on top of the process, answering questions via email even after hours and getting us the paperwork extremely fast. His manager Kevin was helpful on things that we needed when Michael wasn't available and was able to assist us on certain things that we needed. We even got a couple of small gifts from Michael. It was nice to have someone go over and beyond and the small things meant a lot to us. More
