After reviewing my options, I canceled my order elsewhere and ordered from Townsend - unreal service, attention, and price. It was so good that my wife decided she wanted a 2015 x3 (before my truck ever came in) and we bought her one too. Their attention to the needs of the customer and frequent communication made the process easy. It is a smaller lot, not the overhyped, overpriced corporate feel. They know your name, they know your needs and meet them. Very pleased and will do more business in the future. More
