Very professional. I had made up my mind to buy a new vehicle. I walked around in showroom seeing who would approach me. He gave me his personal cell phone number and answered all my questions prior to my purchase. Once I decided on my 650i, they placed the build order and he still answered every question I had up until the day it arrived. I ordered several custom parts for it and had them shipped to Arsenio before it was delivered and he handled everything for me. The day it arrived from Germany he even sent me photos of her fresh off the truck. At the end of the day Townsend BMW is not the closest dealership to me - in fact I visited 2 other dealers before I went to Townsend. However my experience with Arsenio was the single deciding factor in my decision on where to buy and I would recommend visiting him and the rest of the Townsend team without hesitation. More

The backbone of our great experience was our salesperson, Arsenio Eatmon. He was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. In regards to paperwork and financing, this was the fastest dealership in town! Dana Jones, the finance manager, was incredibly easy to work with. In addition, Anna the BMW genius is always available for my questions, and Donna in service put on replacement wiper blades in 2 minutes!!!!!! All in all, we are so pleased with our experience, and would recommend Townsend BMW and Arsenio Eatmon is a heart beat. THANK YOU!!!!! More

Everyone there was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. After several hours we decided on a new 2016 BMW X1 SUV. At no time were we pushed or pressured to do anything. This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever been through, it was very enjoyable. After 2 weeks we love the X1 and feel that we made a good decision.
