The backbone of our great experience was our salesperson, Arsenio Eatmon. He was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. In regards to paperwork and financing, this was the fastest dealership in town! Dana Jones, the finance manager, was incredibly easy to work with. In addition, Anna the BMW genius is always available for my questions, and Donna in service put on replacement wiper blades in 2 minutes!!!!!! All in all, we are so pleased with our experience, and would recommend Townsend BMW and Arsenio Eatmon is a heart beat. THANK YOU!!!!! More

I have to say I saw the car within my price range on the internet! I contacted them and Patrick answered all of my questions over the phone and through emails. He supplied me with all of the documents pertaining to the car and was the ONLY dealership to let me know about the $50 deductible on the CPO warranty. I was in a different state and the WHOLE transaction was over the phone and through emails! He not only answered all of the questions, he gave me the best price on the car and arranged for a truck to transport the car to me and the price to transport was just what he gave me an estimate on. The entire staff at Townsend BMW far exceeded my expectations. Krystin McClellan, their customer relations staff member, was so sweet. I arrived for my test drive earlier than expected and she kept me entertained until the car was ready. Andy Hague ended up being my salesperson and there are not enough words to describe how amazing he was. Andy was very respectful and patient with my copious amount of questions. He was not a pushy salesman and never showed an ounce of frustration even when I kept him an hour and half past closing time. I work evenings and couldn't arrange for someone to drop me off to pick up my new car so Andy delivered it to me the next day. Todd Holtet handled my financing and was very knowledgeable. Plus he got me a fantastic interest rate. Thanks Todd! This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Mr. Townsend should be very proud of the quality staff he's procured.
